What is your Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy?

•⁠  ⁠If rescheduled more than 24 hours before the session, rescheduling is free of charge.
•⁠  ⁠If rescheduled more than 18 hours before the session, a RM250 rescheduling fee will apply due to preparation of SIM and coaches.
•⁠  ⁠If rescheduled within 18 hours of the session, 50% of the day’s fees will be forfeited. The remaining 50% must be paid before the rescheduled session.
