PACKAGES INCLUDE
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
• If rescheduled more than 24 hours before the session, rescheduling is free of charge.
• If rescheduled more than 18 hours before the session, a RM250 rescheduling fee will apply due to preparation of SIM and coaches.
• If rescheduled within 18 hours of the session, 50% of the day’s fees will be forfeited. The remaining 50% must be paid before the rescheduled session.
Payment Terms:
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date.
• The remaining 50% must be paid within 72 hours before the session. Failure to make payment may result in the slot being released.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Payments are not processed through the website. Upon your booking request, we will revert as soon as possible on the availability of dates requested. Once we’ve agreed on a date, the booking will be confirmed with 50% deposit made by bank transfer/deposit. Remainder of payment may be made 2 days prior to your arrival or cash upon your arrival.
Other payment methods may be available upon request and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
